Organized by Consorzio Promovetro Murano, the meeting between our associated companies and the Secretary-General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan dott. Davide Fantoni has taken place on Wednesday 27 February 2019 in the hall of Abate Zanetti School of Glass.
The occasion was useful to investigate what new opportunities will arise for Italian products, in particular for Murano glass, in the Japanese market at the entry into force on 1 February of the EU and Japan’s Economic Partnership Agreement which has removed the most part of trade barriers when exporting to Japan.
At the end of the meeting, individual interviews were held between the companies and the Secretary-General with the purpose to better understand the needs and requirements of the businesses.
